Body Beast Calorie

Body Beast has two schedules, Huge Beast and Lean Beast. The primary difference between the schedules is the amount of cardio workouts. Huge Beast was designed for people who are primarily interested in adding mass, whereas Lean Beast helps keep the fat gain that typically accompanies mass gainers at a minimum by incorporating more cardio. I'm starting the Beast Body and i would like to know the calories breakdown for my diet. How can i find out how much of the 2600 calories I'm.

This is the exact way to calculate how much you should be eating according to The Book of BEAST – the body beast guide

Step 1. [100 – body fat percentage (BF)] / 100 x weight = Lean Body Mass (LBM)

Step 2. LBM x 10 = Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)

Step 3. RMR x .3 = Caloric Modication for Recovery (CMR)

Step 5. RMR2 + 600 = Caloric Intake to Maintain Weight (CIM)

Calculation for the BUILD and BULK Phases (Phase 1 and 2)

  • If BF is more than 20%: CIM + 10% of CIM = Calories needed to BUILD/BULK
  • If BF is between 20% and 10%: CIM + 15% of CIM = Calories needed to BUILD/BULK
  • If BF is less than 10%: CIM + 20% of CIM = Calories needed to BUILD/BULK

For Phase 3, do the first five steps, followed by this:

Calculation for the BEAST phase (Phase 3)

  • If BF is more than 20%: CIM – 20% of CIM = Calroies needed to BEAST
  • If BF is between 20% and 10%: CIM – 15% = Calories needed to BEAST
  • If BF is less than 10%: CIM – 10% of CIM = Calories needed to BEAST

Note: Recalculate weight and body fat between each phase
